I'm on session 3. I feel like I have taken two steps forward and then 3 steps back. Again! I'm having a hard time staying on track. I'm so sad all the time. I want to feel normal. I want to be happy again. I don't know how to replace the negative with a positive. It's all foreign to me. I just don't know how to function anymore.
I want to be closer to family but I don't know if that will help. I don't know if I should up-root my whole family just so I can be happy. Is that selfish? It's such a huge move between here and there. a 15hr difference. I just don't know what to do anymore. I have a hard time getting out of bed let alone make a move like this.

You mention moving, but don't say much about it. Are you wanting to move to be closer to your parents / siblings? Are you wanting to move your spouse / kids (assuming you are married and / or have kids)? Are you thinking about moving due to a job? If you are thinking that moving closer to family will make you happy, that's probably not true. Where ever you go, you take yourself with you - and if you're not happy now, moving won't cure it. Only changing yourself and the way you think and do things will help. Another problem - if your spouse / kids don't want to move, you will be making more problems and stress. And, in the end, this may make your stress and depession worse. I know from experience.
