does anyone tend to overreact, or have an eating disorder??

Anyone suffering from depression may post their history, experience, comments and/or suggestions. Please refrain from indepth discussions about medicines or other therapies.

Hi guys well to begin with i just got a new job for the first time in 5 months i will be working again and now my anxiety is in full effect!! In fact in the middle of the interview I had to get up and use the restroom! And also since my anxiety is in full thrust so is my depression! I have been overreacting in a lot of ways also! Like I feel sometimes my bofriend takes me for granted because he doesnt understand whats going on so therefore for him to relise im being serious i tend to overreact to a situation which in the aftereffect causes me a total breakdown!! To the point of suicidle thoughts!! I also have a problem with an eating disorder I have a fear of passing out if i dont eat , because when I was younger i was annerexic and it actually got so bad i would have spells! I am now overweight because i am costantly scared if i dont eat I will not have enough energy to finish the task at hand! this is not my biggest problem right now, But i fear if i dont get this under control this could really be devastating!! I do not want to be overwieght forever or become extremely overwieght!! Does anyone have any answeres or support will be gratefully appreciated!

FIRST OFF HOW OLD ARE YOU? YOU DO NOT LOOK LIKE YOU ARE OVER WEIGHT AT ALL. IN YOUR PICTURE I WISH I WAS YOUR SIZE. I AM TINY AND I HATE IT BECAUSE I HAVE A VERY FAST MATIBOLISM. YOU NEED TO GIVE YOURSELF CREDIT FOR THE WAY YOU LOOK. YOU NEED TO STAND IN THE MIRROR NAKED OR EAITHER WITH YOUR CLOTHES ON AND CHECK YOURSELF OUT AND COMPLIMENT YOURSELF EVERYDAY. ALSO IF YOUR OVERREACTING TO YOUR BOYFREIND ABOUT THINGS. ASK HIM TO SIT DOWN AND LISTEN. AND BE HONEST WITH HIM COMPLETELY HONEST DO NOT BE SCARED TO OPEN UP TO HIM. YOU NEED TO TELL HIM WHAT ALL IS GOING ON. AND TRY NOT TO OVER REACT WHEN TALKING TO HIM JUST TELL YOURSELF WHILE YOUR CONVERSATING THAT YOU WILL NOT OVER REACT OVER AND OVER AGAIN EVENTUALLY IT SHOULD WORK. IT IS TRUE IF YOU DONT EAT YOU WILL NOT HAVE THE ENERGY TO FINISH THE TASK. YOU NEED TO EAT. THE THING YOU SHOULD DO IS COUNT YOUR CALORIES HOW MUCH YOU INDULGE. WHEN YOU GO TO THE FRIGE IN THE MORNING AND THROUGH OUT THE DAY COUNT THEM. YOUR SUPPOSED TO INDULGE ATLEAST 1200 A DAY. IF YOU ADD UP ALL THE CALLORIES YOU ARE EATING THEN CUT BACK ON THEM. AND EXERCISE. AT LEAST FIVE TIMES A WEEK. DO CARDIO, AEROBIC, ALL SORTS. IT WILL HELP WITH STRESS AND ALSO IT WILL HELPS SHED SOME POUNDS. BUT IM TELLING YOU THOUGH FROM YOUR PICTURE YOU DO NOT LOOK OVERWEIGHT AT ALL. BE HAPPY WITH WHAT YOU HAVE, TRY NOT TO OVER REACT, AND EAT GIRL!! LIVE EACH DAY LIKE ITS YOUR LAST.
