Hi, i was just wondering i have been so depressed lately and i still am not motivated or just too lazy to do the program, is there any way around this? It seems like i have been contemplating my procrastination most of my whole life, i keep on saying im going to do stuff but really really quickly get discouraged to do it.

I am the same way. I have little motivation to do anything for any length of time. I lose interest very quickly. I've found that doing the program while doing other things is helpful. i.e. listening to the sessions on my iPod while driving. I know how you feel though....

Make a list of things you need or want to do and make doing your lesson your number priority for that day. Then you can say, I didn't get everything done, but at least I worked on my lesson. When I feel unmotivated to work on my lessons, I tell myself eventually this will get easier. One day I will not have to work so hard, so I expect to work hard now. And I know I can't get better by doing nothing.

The sense of accomplishment is probably one of the most important things I've personally gained from this program. Every time you listen to your lesson, or do anything you don't feel like doing, it makes the next lesson/time just a little easier.

The worst thing you can do when you procrastinate and don't do the things you want to do is to condemn yourself. That will make sure you continue to procrastinate. I KNOW what I'm talking about - I condemn myself for every little thing I don't do exactly the way I want to. Lately however, I've discovered that when I decide not to condemn myself I have a much, much better time and it's MUCH easier to stop procrastinating. So that's my best advice to you - be kind to yourself - it will help you tremendously!
Good luck and keep on trying! :) You can do it!!

When I depress often and lose interest in regular activities. Therfore, the motivation can help to sort out it.
