This is a tough time of the year for me. It reminds me that I am so very alone :(

you're not alone Heather. God is there for tyou always. and there are literally millions of people feeling the emotions and going through the things us persons with anxiety and depression go through. you are strong and capable. maybe this holiday season you could go out and volunteer, help someone who feels alone just like you. giving to others is the best feeling. I feel your pain Heather.. so you couldn't possible be alone. hang in there! God bless..

Hi Heather, I know what you mean. Crystal had some good advice. I just wanted you to know you are not alone and we here are with you anytime you need us. There are some great places to volunteer such as nursing homes, salvation army or even serving the homeless through a church funtion. It is the only way I get through the holidays. Also I dont let myself think about the past and those not with me anymore. Good luck and GOD bless you, Bruce
