So, I <STRIKE>put myself through the wringer</STRIKE> read the guidebook tonight and did the inline written work. ;)

I easily filled two pages with shoulds and expectations, and suspect I could dig for more.

But that would kinda be like procrastinating, wouldn't it? Probably best to just deal with what comes up first and strongest? And more later as needed?

Also did one of the action assignments - really fully unconditionally forgiving myself for something in the past. I could go through the wringer for a week picking one every day... And probably get a ton of bricks off my back.

Whatcha think? Hunt? Or deal with what presents itself in the here and now as a problem?

I think you should deal with one thing at a time.
You may easily get sidetracked from the progress
you've been making.

TerriAce - thanks, good point. I'm in it to conquer driving panic attacks - I should let that be my touchstone.
