I just read an article about what country has the happiest people. Denmark was rated #!. The researcher who did this survey found that the Danish people had lower expectations and didn't expect a lot. He felt this is why they seemed to be happier than other countries. United States was rated #16. Maybe there really is something to the 'expect less and get more' theory!

I've read that people from Norway, Sweden, and Denmark seem to suffer depression less due to the amount of fish (and high levels of DHA and Omega 3) in their diet.

I don't know, fischee...
There just seems to be something fishy about your thinking. I've never heard this kind of thing before, but there are other nations who have a higher than normal intake of fish.

Take Japan for example. I think I've heard that the Japanese are some of the most stressed-out and unhappy people on the planet. I'm not positive that they have a much higher level of fish in their diet than us ordinary folks. I'm not sure tho.

Anyway... your comment is interesting and it deserves more study.
Thank you! ><[[[[">
