Hi not,

I am not a girl, but I think that is a good idea, but not sure if that might create more stress for some people. If you don't mind having a old male to go through the course, I could be available. I can be pretty sensitive for a crotchety old man. LOL

Hi Not,

I am on session 3 near finished. Doing the text book, tapes and flash cards. I really do not rush through any of the sessions. I read a little, listen a little, post a lot, and see therapist once a week.

I home all day, disable, and keep myself distracted and busy with the boards, WII, comedy channel, CCM and helping out where I can around the house. Just have to stay busy to keep from being depressed. :)

I am bi-polar (52 years) and currently on huge up swing, and really feeling good. I do get anxious, but I am not on any medication. I just started the program earlier this month. I fought the program at first, but I am doing good now, I think.

I sometimes get stressed out from some forum postings, but for the most part, it is all good, and I feel I am making a lot of progress.

I am a physical wreck, and that is why I have to try to be creative in my distraction, positive self talk, exercise (as best I can),lousey at cutting out old habits, like coffee, smoking, and sweets. I love all three :) But I'll manage. You've not heard or seen me crying about anything for me.

I may cry for others, but never, if at all, for me. I am a tough old bird that has been around, and through the grace of God, I am still around, or maybe He is not ready for the likes of me :D

I hope that qualifies me for the study group.
