I am in chapter 3 and I have fluctuating blood pressure which my doctor said is anxiety related. I know it is partially diet related and I look forward to that section. For example I know I must avoid caffeine.
If someone has experience they can share related to controlling blood pressure by controlling how they think and/or diet or other ideas, it would be greatly appreciated.
