Finding it Hard
Hi there,
Don't worry so much about it! Session 3 is a hard one! It was hard on me and from talking to others in the online chat, I found that it is a hard session for so many people! I just wrote down my negatives thoughts as much as I could and went from there. Sometimes it was hard for me to find the time to do it, like when I was driving. Also, I have 7 kids, so I am usually so busy with them, I don't have a lot of time. Just do the best you can. Writing some is better then writing none. The whole purpose of the exercise is just for you to see how many negative thoughts we actually do have, and to try and make a conscious effort to try and think more positively. Good luck, and hang in there!

I had a hard time with this too. Maybe you could carry a mini recorder during the day to try to keep track of the majority of them and then sit down in the evening and go through them. A book I read suggested getting a wrist counter that golfers normally use to keep track of their swings. You wear it on your wrist and just hit the button every time you have a negative thought. This will help count, but not keep track of WHAT your thinking about.
