Well, Tyler, i know its hard to do this especially at work. But, you do need to find the time, it only takes a few seconds...we can't make excuses. And, if you are extremly busy, then make sure to write down your negative thoughts when u go on a short break for a pop or coffee, and when on lunch. But in the meantime, just calm yourself by doing positive self talk, or positivity about the person u are thinking negativly about.
Think of it this way...they aren't worrying about what u think of them, so why should u worry about them? You aren't in any danger, just ignore them! That seems to help me.

I've thought about this very thing. Since I work primarily on a computer all day, I figure I can just keep a Word document open all of the time to jump over to and jot down my negative thoughts. And I'll password protect it, of course, AND keep it on a jump drive so it is mine and not the property of my workplace.

Of course, at this time, I have so many, I'll probably spend most of my work day writing down my thoughts!

I just hope it doesn't cost me my job.

Hi

Try just keeping them to a few key words and jot those down. I write my positive and negative thoughts at the end of the day when I can reflect on them. If you have a few key words, you could expand on them when you are at home writing them down. I do 3 negative to positive thoughts every night in my journal.
