We have more than 60,000 thoughts a day and most of them are the same thoughts we had yesterday...and we never ask ourselves if they are True.

Change our thoughts...change our lives.

Most people know they have to change their thoughts...they just don't know How. Lesson 3, plus practice, will show you how.

On we go, Carolyn

I've had the Anxiety/Depression program for 4 years. I started it, yet the truth is, I didn't want to admit I had an "issue". Reflecting back, I wasn't ready to face it. Now after counselling and facing my past, I WANT to. I actually feel anxious about getting over this because I won't know how to feel or something bad will happen (neg. thought). I'm struggling right now with neg/positive dialogue. I'm new to this forum. I'm afraid to read other people's stuff as you all now how it can impact. I really want to face this stuff. Will I get it?
