wow I just started session 3 and I can already feel the shift in my thoughts. I've started to feel better about myself. I'm really looking forward to healing and being the true person I'm suppose to be. Yippy Stress :o)

Shalini, I am so glad that you are already seeing a shift in your thoughts at week 3! I have noticed a difference in myself after week two. If you really do work at this program and have the determination and dedication you will get better. Doesn't it feel great to actually be dedicated to something that is positive and making our lives better? That alone makes me think positively and be happier? Lucinda stated that week 3 is probably the most important session and that every other session reflects what is taught in that one. I start it today and I am so excited! Good luck and keep us updated!

I've gone thru the program once and am going thru it now for the second time. I remember a big shift after session 3 and the most obvious one was the return of my sense of humor.
