question for those who have done session 3

Hello eastcoast girl glad to hear you are progressing along on the sessions. I think your thinking to much about session 3. This is actually my favorite session. I listen to it often. I do recall about the lady who had a heart attack. I know for some people this can be a scary topic.
Practice your breathing skills and work your way through the session. Listen for a bit and take a break if you need too. That's what I did when I went through session 10 on scary obess. thinking. I was so anxious listening to it. I had so many what if's thoughts. When I finally listened to it, it wasn't scary like I thought it would be.
I think we tend to over think things and make things worse then they actually are.
Just take your time and listen for a few minutes and breathe and then listen again.

I think you are right! Thanks so much for bringing this to my attention, the anticipatory anxiety is keeping me from starting this session and I should know by now avoidence will not fix it! I should be celebrating the fact that I went to three stores today with out one second of anxiety. I got home and was in awe that I went and did these things w/out fear. Finally I was living in the moment! I'm going to start session 3 tonight and like you said if it gets to be too much I can stop the cd and distract myself for a little while then go back to it.
