Ive been working on session 3 for a few weeks now and Im kinda stuck and it is time to get unstuck I realize that I dont write or journal so maybe its time I did it on here at least on here I know only my peer can read it.. I do do a lot of self talk that is very negative about how worthless I am .. how I have never accomplished anything and the truth is none of this is true.. I was very successful as a world traveller in my career and I am a beautiful person but a work in progress .. I not going to aLlow this addiciton to take control of my life anymore.., I am very happy I purchased this program and its time to move on .. its time to start being disciplined something I have grown out of I was good with my food choices today did some housework and cleaning up and now its time to listen to the relaxation cd daily and not once in a while and its time to start writing and if its okay I'll do it on here then I know I will do it I dont like writing in long hand anymore typing is faster.. I Had a beautiful
free from anxiety and depression the weather was glorious.. I still have a lot of work to cover to change myself but one day one baby step at a time.. after all none of us is perfect.. but a work in program I am I am Iam

Good to see you posting. Yes, I know it is difficult sometimes to stick to the program, and not just doing things sporadically...
Session 3 is one of the key sessions in getting over this condition, so I would encourage you to really start journaling and working on your negative thoughts by writing things out. It made a difference for me. I don't like long hand either, so I do mine on the computer.

I listened to my relaxation tape today but had no time for anything I have been running and running funny thing when I am very very busy I dont have negative thoughts at least ones that I do not remember.. today was a wonderful day now I want to get my zzzzzzzzzs my rest is important taking care of me is important and NO I am no longer worthless I am very very worthwhile important and very very much a beautiful work in progress Ciao everyone God Bless and take care Bella

and yes Ihave been writing my negative when they come in a spiral notebook and in the workbook and now its time to start journaling on the computer too and write the negative yuck thought and change to a very positive one this program works if you work it for sure
