This is for does in need of some inspirational daily reminders. I hope the following will be of help for does who really need it. It has also helped me greatly.

Avoid negative sources, people, places, things and habits. Believe in yourself. Consider things from every angle. Don't give up and don't give in. Hang on to your dreams. Ignore those who try to discourage you. Just do it. Keep trying no matter how hard it seems, it will get easier. Love yourself first and most. Make it happen. Open your eyes and see things as they really are. Read, study and learn. Practice makes perfect, so go practice what you have learned in order to free yourself from anxiety and depression. Quitters never win and winners never quit. You are unique amongst God's creations, nothing can replace YOU. Zero in on your target and go for it!

Everyday remind yourself that:

“The only way things are going to change for me is when I change.”

“Do the things I fear daily, and the death of my fears is certain.”

"I have experienced setbacks but this is only a temporary defeat. Giving up is what makes it permanent."

“My setbacks are simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently."

"My Actions may not always bring happiness, but there is no happiness without action."

"What happens is not as important as how I choose to react to what happens."

"I can alter my life by altering the attitude of my mind."

"My Happiness is not by chance, but by choice. It is what I think about, that determines my happiness."

“When I under react I am being positive, When I over react I am being negative.”

"I believe I can and will conquer my fears, regardless of how long it will take."
The individual who masters fear may march on to successful achievement in practically any undertaking, despite all efforts to defeat him.
