I'm reaching the end of session 3 and I find that the hardest part is recognizing that I am having a negative thought. I find I turn it around in my mind for ages before I figure it out. Sometimes I don't figure it out until later in the day when it comes to mind again.....
I will stick with it though. I know this is working.

Good for you! :D think on what is good, noble, and praise worthy. With God on your side you can do all things. The fact that we are working on this tell me we are putting feet to our faith and our hard work will indeed pay off!
