:)Today was the first dark and rainy day for me in a while. Usually it puts me in a depressed mood but so far I'm doing good. I knew this day was coming so I prepared myself. I used the positive self talk and the 6 steps from session 2 and so far it made a big difference.

keep up the good work! I find a dark rainy day is important too, it gives you a chance to do something different, read a book, rest, go shopping. I always feel like when its sunny and beautiful I need to be out and enjoy it, that usually means work in the yard, or wash the car ect...
