big problem

I am stuck on week 3 now for 3 weeks. The part i dislike doing is writing down my negative thoughts. I dont want to write them down. I am even having a hard time journaling but getting better. I will catch some of my negative thoughts but i just hate writing them down. I d be writing all day. I mean I know I am negative cant i just work with it from that aspect. and forget writing them down. HELP

I would suggest moving on to the next session. By moving on and learning some of the new info. you may be able to deal with the negative thoughts better. I am still struggling with some of my negative thoughts also but with each week I learn new coping skills to use to help with them.
