I have also been running on adrenalin for years now and I also feel like everything that goes wrong is my fault.I am so worn out.If I don't take care of myself I won't be good to anyone.I always feel like I should be doing something.I don't know how to relax and let things happen.I did"nt sleep well last night. So I went back to bed after I dropped my daughter at school.I rested in bed and did'nt feel to guilty.Going to go for a little walk after I drop her at her dad's.Then come home and rest my neck.

Valerie, sounds like you, like me are a people pleaser.. I also feel like anything that goes wrong is my fault - even if I have NOTHING to do with it... :) That's good you were able to lay back down and not feel bad, that's a hard one for me to, I also feel I should be always doing something... so when I attempt to take a nap, instead I lay there and think of all the things I should be doing instead of laying there... :) GOOD JOB to you!! :)

Hope you enjoyed your walk, and hope your neck feels better!!

Boy, I can relate to your postings. I've overcome some of this thinking, but it creeps in slowly or I'm reminded by other people sabotaging my changing.
