been feeling kind of spacy throught out the day
been feeling kind of spacy throughout the day and when I awake i been feeling kind of spacy and fatige and little of axiety hands extreamly sweating and my feet than I just start calming myself down the it goes away I positive self talk and do breathing techniques inhaling and exhaling while lying down and than i slowly standup from lying down and than I feel better has anyone felt like this ????????????

I was feeling the same way. I was just kinda coasting through the day. Sometimes I would feel like I was going to pass out. For me it was because I was trying different antidepressants. They made me feel worse and also I lack of sleep. Your not alone. I finally found something I could tolerate and things are finally falling back into place. Hang in there!

oh thank you Im doing much better the body feelings of anxiety and spacy has gone but and im waking up little better but I still get some anxiety during the day and I drink alot of water and u knw that also make me feel better well I sometimes have to watch what I eat not to much salt spicy foods less sugar u knw Ive been doing the breathing technics and self talk and I go back and listen to the cds again and u knw u always learn somthing new and that helps alot and also God is helping me well rather healing me i am a christian and I go to church pentecostal apostolic and prayer I just let God knw how im feeling well I believe that God leaded me to this cognitve thearapy sessions so its all God and I thank the lord but u knw Ive been feeling alot better after session 3 im on session 4 now but it also depends in how much YOU apply the program to your life like listening to the cds reading the workbook and practicing the technics of using the inpowering positve self talk and thinkning positive and distracting yourself everytime u feel anxious or depressed like lusinda said clean out your closet do some house chores ive washed dishes and that makes me feel good because im moving im doing somthing and im not focusing on my problem or fear or depression or any kind of body symtom Ive seem to be having be strong You can it force yourself and u knw it really does work ! its really amazing! sorry I had to corrert some errors
