Don't worry about it! I used to have the same EXACT feelings that you are describing! What I found out is that I was sleeping on my pillow funny and it was cutting off the circulation to my head!
I was mad at myself for worrying about it so much! I thought I must have had a brain tumor or something! You are fine and don't worry about it! Maybe if you stop thinking about it, it will go away!

I've had some crazy body symptoms too. I've diagnosed myself with many illnesses (none of which I have) including cancer, m.s., aneurysms, and many more. It really sucks while you feel these sensations, but stick with the program. The relaxation CD is one of the things that really helps me. I really try to focus on her voice and don't let any other thought or sound distract me. Sometimes I have to do it 3 times before I can relax a little. The index cards really help me too because I memorize them and say what's on the card to myself throughout the day.
Give yourself a break. You're suffering from anxiety and all these sensations are part of it. They will go away as long as you do the work. These are life skills and will help with everything in life. Good Luck and just know that we all know what you're going through.
