i need help getting started
I was wondering how do you do this do you do one session everyday and then do that session in the handbook or is there a different way of doing it please let me no thank you

You are supposed to do one session a week. I am on week three but I usually stick to one session for almost two weeks instead of one. One session a week is too fast for me so I take my time with it. In your handbook should tell you in detail what you need to do for the week. Stick to it. In the beginning I didn't think it was helping at all, sometimes I'd get angry even but now I know I was getting angry because I know she is right and if I accept the things she tells me to do and do them it will work. I have already gotten so much better and calmer. It's been 15yrs since I've felt like this. Good luck to you and keep in touch!

thank you so much i was doing it wrong i was doing one session everyday i was wondering why it really wasnt helping me....
