i do session 3 about every other day. i have to keep putting that cd in over and over. i have to be constantly reminded. i write post its - on my mirror in the bathroom with dry erase- as soon as a thought starts i squash it. it is a new behavior for me but this session has made a huge difference in how i relate to everything.

Gerri, that's a good idea about putting it on your mirror w/dry erase! I think if I lived alone I would do that, but excellent idea! I'm going to listen to Session 4 soon. After a family get together tonight...which I hope I'll do well at.
