I WORK A 60 HOUR WORK WEEK. AND THE RESPONSIBILITY IS MAINLY ON ME.THATS PROB WHY I HAVE ANXIETY NOW.LOL
I JUST STARTED HAVING PANIC ATTACKS . ONE IN DEC AND ONE IN JAN. BUT THE ANXIETY SEEMS TO LINGER NOW. EVERYDAY I FEEL LIKE I FIGHT WITH MYSELF AND MY MIND TO STOP THINKING ABOUT IT OR BEING FEARFUL.
I DID THE DOCTOR THING...CHECKED HEART,HEAD,EYES. ETC JUST BECAUSE I DIDNT UNDERSTAND HOW ANXIETY CAN CAUSE PHYSICAL SYMPTONS. AND FEAR.
BUT NOW I KNOW IT IS. SO IM TRYING TO RIDE IT OUT AND NOT BE AFRAID AND MAKE IT WORSE. I HEARTHAT ,BY DOING THAT IT WILL HELP.
I AM HOPING FOR AS QUICK AS IT CAME IS AS QUICK I CAN GET A HANDLE ON IT.
SO ANY STORIES YOU ALL WOULD CARE TO SHARE?

Do you have the program. It will be helpful to have the tools to help you while trying to deal with this. Anxiety produces a lot of strange symptoms that may be difficult to deal with without help.

Your anxiety didn't come quickly. It took years to get to the point of having a panic attack. Lots of years of negative thinking. But it doesn't have to take that long for it to go away, but don't expect it to go away overnight.
