Hi everyone I just wanted to say that I am staring session 2 today and am excited. I used the week outline on what to do each day and typed it up so I can mark off the activities as I get them done, this will help to know what is need to do each day, I put it in simpler terms also.
Example
Day 1: Read the notecard, listen to audio, do relaxation
Day 2: Watch the DVD, do relaxation
Day 3: Listen to audio again, read the guidebook, do relaxation
Day 4: Do homework in the guidebook, do relaxation
Day 5: Listen to audio again, do relaxation
Day 6: Relaxtion
Day 7: Listen to audio on last time, do relaxation
