Tonight when I went shopping for my kids and such I walked into walmart. I started feeling dizzy.

I started talking to myself in the store. I told myself that I was anxious. Gave myself the ok to feel what i felt because I was in the middle of a really crowded store.

While in the store my symptoms got a bit stronger. Normally I would have went to the er. This time I didn't.

This was such an exciting day.
