I'm just starting session two. I'm noticing I'm more aware of my negative thoughts and trying the breathing techniques to get through the anxiety attacks. I wake up and my mind starts going a mile a minute of what to expect at work (etc.) Then the shorness of breath starts and so on. I guess as long as I can remember I've always had anxiousness and low self-esteem. Now I'm determined to take my life back. I just need to keep the negative thoughts away. Good luck to all of you too, I will keep you in my prayers and I hope you will include me in yours!
