Recently I had a situatuon where I hit my nose pretty bad and ended up with 2 black eyes and what I thought was a broken nose. I stressed so bad on how I felt, how I was going to feel and what was gonna happen to me. Now that I am trying to relax I have had ongoing anxiety and panic attacks for the last 2 days. It is scary because it happens everywhere and anytime. I feel like there is something wrong with me and I keep thinking the nose thing did something to me. I always feel shaky, trembling so bad that it turns into panic and then it returns even after the panic attack. Can any one give advice? Thanks

you have symptoms of panic attacks nothing else. Do not think about it too much other wise it will become panic disorder where it comes and go frequently. i do not want to scare you but it just a normal panic attack do yoga and exersize eat well and do something you like and keep yourself busy
