Every single year I have always stressed about what to get my family.
I would always want to make sure my parents got the most gifts under the tree growing up.
What I ended up doing is forcing myself to carry on that tradition every year.
That would make me anxious going out looking for the perfect gifts.
This year I decided to make some changes.
This year I am sending everyone in my family and card with a coupon that says I will send a few small things all year. That way the spirit of christmas goes on all year.
This idea is cheaper, fun all year, and comes from my heart.
Plus I get more time to spend with my kids instead of spending so much time in and out of stores.
I don't even feel guilty for doing this. Before I would have stressed that everyone would think I was ditching them.
Less stress and finding ways to lay low and enjoy simple moments is real freedom.
Learning to relax
These 6 simple steps are designed to dramatically change the life of anyone who suffers from the debilitating effects of anxiety and panic attacks.
