Evertime I wake up,I have a panic attack. So, I am afraid to sleep. Anyone else have this problem?

Yes, I have that problem because when I go to bed and lay down, trying to relax... it's then that the scary thoughts start to come... and then the panic... so I have trouble sleeping because of the scary thoughts and such. And then when it's time to get up, I don't want to--just want to stay in bed and have everyone leave me alone, you know? Have just begun the program and am already beginning to do a little better. Instead of just sitting like a bump on a log all day today, I actually got some chores and things done today I've been wanting to do for a long time.
