Hi everyone,
I am beginning my Session 2. I know that the hardest part was actually getting the dvd's and start working towards getting better. I began to feel better but now I feel down and alittle discourged. How do i get that positive feeling of change back? Is it normal to feel this way? Advice Please.

Yes, I think it is normal to be a little more anxious right in the beginning. Many have posted that they have felt that.
But hang in there. And do the sessions as best you can. Spend about a week on each session - or longer if you need to. Session 3 is an important step.
Just do baby steps. Just a little at a time.
And be real kind to yourself. Be gentle with yourself. You are going to feel much better!
You will be surprised. Keep posting. We will be watching your porgress and cheering for you.
My very best wishes for you.
MJ

You are anxious and depressed and so it is only normal that you feel those feelings right now no matter what you do. It is your thoughts which create your feelings that are out of wack. Expect to have some discouraging and depressing feelings. This journey is one with ups and downs, rarely do you find progress to be a straight line going up. It's hard not to do this but it would be very unrealistic to judge progress by how you are feeling right now because how you are feeling is very often not based on truth. The best thing you could do is to start journalling and seeing your progress that way. When you have doubts and feel discouraged, then you can turn to your journal and prove your feelings wrong!
