Well, I seem to be in the thick of the depression right now. Sleeping way too much. No energy. No motivation. Hard to concentrate. All that stuff. Today is day one of week two, so I have to basically force myself to do anything including reading and listening to the material from this program. I had a setback on Thursday and feel guilty for that. Sex, drugs, alcohol. Just went on Thursday to self medicate which I know makes me worse.
So, I am going to get out of the house now and go listen to audio session number 2. I think i can concentrate better when I am out of the house. So I am going to force myself now to get out of the house. And maybe I will take notes on what I was listening to. Okay, bye. Talk to you later.
