New person and still quite confused

Post by Cord0764 » Mon Jul 30, 2012 2:50 pm

I am just starting this program. I ordered just the CD's and have been jumping around a bit through the book. I am on medications so at times it is hard to focus on much of anything. It really seems to help me to keep active. I suffer both depression and anxiety.
I know I am a person that likes to push all my emotions to the side. I am hoping with time I can get better.

You have the workbook don't you? Go through a lesson a week and do what the workbook says. It seems overwhelming at first but it gets better. Good luck! :)

good luck man or woman. Keep hope alive and don't give up. Just keep telling yourself that you can't quit. you can't give up. Work hard, work harder at it more than anything you have ever worked at before because this is your life we are talking about. Your life will and can become better once you overcome this condition. My life is looking very promising already. I give all i've got everyday and I'm only in session two. i see a therapist also that i've seen for a couple of years now but because seeing her once a week and sometimes i can't go see her i got the program about a year ago so that i can also work hard at home and all the time and just complement the sessions with her. I've committed my life to this program and to getting better because without this peace of mind and inner strength that we are all looking for here there is just no point o=in committing yourself to anything else because you won't be able to enjoy it or live it for real. Love yourself enough to give it all you go because this is your life that we are talking about. keep hope alive man. keep in touch.

good luck. i wish the best and all the focus you need to keep in the program.
