Can't Keep Stress Under Control

I start the day out feeling great...and if one little thing is on my mind or happens my whole day is ruined. How do i keep this positive energy through out the day? My anxiety is better...however I do still have nonstop running thoughts...about anything and everything throughout the day. I can't make them stop. Pointers?

Hi, I understand how you feel. There is something that I identified I have been addicted to my whole life and it is wanting things being perfect and just the way I believe they should be. At the very first sign of a variation I automatically get anxious. Lately I've been catching my negative thoughts on purpose and noticing my reaction when something comes out different way I wanted. Then I start a possitive self talk. There are times when I even forget the possitive self talk, but in some point I remember to do it. I hope you keep on track knowing you are not alone and if it worked for other it will work for us too.
