head pressure and feelings of dizziness

Post by smith1988 » Tue Jun 07, 2011 1:01 pm

I have been dealing with anxiety and panick attacks for a while now and I am scared to take medication. Although recently I have been testing different medications I was working two jobs and going to school and can no longer do either because of the feelings in my head

wow, I thought this only happened to me. These feelings are with me all the time. The pressure in my head always make me want to crack my jaw to relieve it and the dizziness is such a bother. I get so tired of it..... I just want to feel normal...whatever that is. I wish you lots of luck

I too have occassional dizziness - which is a new symptom for me. I feel as though I can just fall down. There is a lot of pressure in my right ear and I feel it is clogged and need to "pop" it. I went to ENT and nothing. I did find it is related to stress in my upper back. if I can get someone to massage my shoulders, I feel the pressure in my ear release. So I think it is from tension blocking blood flow or shallow breathing.

What helps me is deep breathing - really - just a few breaths and it goes away before I start to panic from it.
