It's so wonderful that you have such determination, but becareful... I know your eagerness as I felt it also! It took me a while to get out of it though - I continualy struggled with - will this work - what if it doesn't - it's not going to - it can't - etc... I also expected myself to be further than I was - which also brought me to the - what if it doesn't work...
look at how long it took you to get to where you are today!!! it's going to take a lot of time to get out of it also!!! take it step by step, day by day!! Feel pride for what you are doing!! reward yourself for the tasks you accomplish no matter how minor they may seem to you, they are worth celebrating!!!:)

Penny,
we are of the same age and I too can relate to being like this my whole life with it getting worse gradually resulting in a nightmare of panic. I am working on the 2nd stage and am shocked to realize that I have blamed so much on illnesses through the years, but looking back it was mostly due to anxiety.
I am spending the whole weekend introducing myself to the program so I get a good understanding and a good foundation.

Hi Penny,
I just want to encourage you to take your time and be anxious for nothing. That's what got us here. Be patient with the program, it truly is working for me. It a cleansing of the mind. You find out your triggers and this will go away gradually. Get rid of your negative thinking and allow positive thoughts to overflow your mind and you will notice and BIG change in you. Yes you may still feel symptoms sometimes, but the are tamible. Bless you and keep moving forward.
