Today my boss is out of the office, and I am actually trying to get something done today cause I am behind. Everyone else is screwing off. Taking long breaks and stuff. It is causing me to get really annoyed for some reason. I don't usually care to much, actually if I did not have work to do I would be having fun along with them. But for some reason today I am more sensitive to their behaviors and mine. Is this normal

I think we all have our more sensitive days! I too can get really irritated when I think people are dropping the ball at work. I have to remind myself that it isn't my job that they do what they need to do and I can't control other people. Then I just focus on my own tasks, but sometimes I need to talk a walk and shake the frustrations out.

It's perfectly normal! Just remember to focus on what you can control (your job) and let go of what you can't control (others).
