Just wanted to get started in my online community of nuts like me! ;) Joking, sort of. I think everyone in the world is crazy sometimes and all the folks who target the weak and meek will eventually get whats coming to them. If not, no concern of mine. I'm totally self-absorbed into curing my long standing ailment. I'm trying hard to kick this old habit of feeling bad. I think I've got at least 4 or 5 of the axiety disorders and potentially a few not known to the medical community. However odd seeming I am in the present, I am really looking forward to getting to know my other fellow associates on here. Maybe we can do this thing. I must admit that seeing all the folks who are having to repeat the entire progam is a bit nerve-racking. I mean Its taken me 10 days to finally get over my skepticism of the miracle program and here is proof of some folks it just did not work for. It really makes me want to start exercising and ramping down the cafeine/sugars as directed. Guess I better get runnng. Hope to meet you all better in the very near future.

Peace ~ I hope.

No offense taken. I was skeptical of the program also. I kept debating whether to send it back unopened. I'm glad that I didn't. I started seeing results in the first two weeks. I have mentioned the triumphs in my posts. I think it is important to begin with a positive attitude. There are many MORE posts that give credit to the program than those who have not found it to be helpful. I believe it can also work for you.

Rucca,

Welcome to the program. I am also new and have started working on changing old habits and thought patterns that have kept me prisoner for years.
With anything new, it takes at least 30 days to change or break a habit. The program is designed for life long learning. Going through the program once will give insight into what is causing you to feel bad, what worries you, and what your greatest fears are. The next time through will reinforce what you learned first time around. You can use this program as much and as many times as needed to affect change.
Most of us have been plagued with our problems for years, I do not think that once through the program will be enough to ensure lasting changes in our thoughts, actions. Good luck to you, keep me posted to how you are doing.
I have gone through the first 3 days of the program, I have started weaning myself off caffeine( I love coffee). I never was a sweets person. I have tried everything known to man and medicine with no lasting results. I am excited about this program and am hopeful it will bring lasting changes and relief.
