I have had a lot of anxiety over the last few months and when things are stressful I (as you all know) the anxiety is at an all time high. I think about scary things. Like I will think about something I say or write to a family member or coworker then I will automatically think will that be the last thing they will remember about me - because I am constantly fearing that I am going to die.

Can anyone relate - I sure hope so.

Good Morning. I can relate. I used to have this kind of anxiety, no so much anymore. It is so importnat to remember that your thoughts are just thoughts and that is it =)

are you listing this as a negative thought? the small notebook that helps us be aware of our negative thoughts might help you. every time you feel you are going to die, write it down. begin to see that thought as just a thought. it isn' true it's just a thought. at this point, listening to session 2 might help you reset your focus. try these steps and see how you feel.

Hi! I have weird thoughts too that all the sudden pop into my head. Do you know how to make them stop?

Cinnamon - so far I cannot get them to stop. I tell myself that they are only thoughts but I continue to worry. Any advise?

Negative thoughts invade my mind also. I don't let them stay too long. If my mind wonders on a bad thought for too long, I force myself to think of something positive. It usually work.
I haven't written down my negative thoughts. I just get this funny feeling if I write them down. I will think about them too long.
