Questions?
I had something like that today. I think in general if you have panic attacks you get these wierd feelings now and then unprovoked, but they do happen. The best thing to do is to distract yourself I think. What helped me today was to exersize as well. I hope this helps!

I get them without any outside situation as far as I can tell as I get them sometimes just as I'm falling asleep. I wake up completely, certain that I am dying, and have even woke my husband to take me to ER...of course...within a few minutes I realize it's another PA....and try to go back to sleep.

Anxiety always comes from a thought or a feeling or a dream. As you work the program you will be able to figure out exactly what it was. It is your reaction to something. Please keep in mind that if you are unable to pinpoint where it began, the anxiety will still go away. You do not have to know what caused it in order for it to pass. You soothe yourself. Comfort yourself and remind yourself that YOU CAN HANDLE THIS. Let the anxiety be there. It WILL pass.
