just started session 2

Just started session 2 on Sunday. The cards help me at work and the relaxation cd does help me relax at home. I have anxiety everyday and yesterday was the first day in a long time i didnt get a anxiety attack until like 4:30 pm i went all day and was fine. usually i have my anxiety in the morning or afternoon when i am at work. sometimes at night at home. i can just be watching a movie and out of the blue i get a anxiety attack. I still have not figured out what or why i am having these every day.

Hi i really can't help but i just started the session 2 also, on mon. the 15th and i feel the same way but it is the oppisite i am ok during the day then at 5pm i go in my room and that is it. Sometimes i get axiety during the day too. I still can't figure mine out either.

I'm new to this also. I'm having trouble coming up with "calming self talk..." any ideas? also they talk about reading a motivational book...any ideas on that one?
