Well, today was my day 1 of session 2.

I have not gone out much except the movies since my brother died in August and well before that I hated eating out cause I always thought i was going to pass out. Well I went out to the local rec center and played bball for a while then we went out to eat at apple bees and i was nervous and spacey but I managed didn't leave or get up I was figgity a couple times but made it and came home. One day at a time.

you should really congratulate yourself.
what you did is take the steps towards recovery :) that is how it works one step at a time one moment at a time.

Kiah-- As soon as I get home, I am beginning my first day of session 2. I feel better just after one week. Applebees is a good place to go, it is one of my favorite places to eat out. I love the Perfect Margarita! Look forward to tracking your progress too!
