HI everyone,
I just started session 2 and I'm still quite anxious. This chat is new to me and causing some anxiety. Hope I am doing it right :? I hope all this stuff goes away soon :)

This program has been the best thing I ever did for me! Im so happy for you. And Chat well there are the nicest people on chat.

What an incredible source of encouragement it is. I sure hope we see you come into the chat room and visit.

The online chat is only optional. I went through most of the program before discovering there even was a chat.

BTW, I don't recommend the live community chat. I had some bad experiences in there and was weirded out by some of the people.
