kamscout, I put my audio cds on my mp3 player, I can listen wherever I go. I can go to my car at lunch, eat, put my seat back down, listen to the relax tape and then go back to work. Hope this helps.

I am able to listen about 2x a day, 3 if I really try. I wake up 20 minutes earlier than I normally do, I eat breakfast, listen to them, then take a shower and go to work. I have everything on my ipod and I listen again during lunch. Then when I get home at night I try to listen one more time (sometimes I am too tired and fall asleep before I can)

I think the key to this program is putting the effort into it. I listen to the sessions at least once a day. I am on my last day of session two, and even listening to it the 7th time, I still pick up useful advice I didn't hear before.
