:D CONGRATULATIONS JOHN

It's OK to feel anxiety, you have conquered something new, and it feels kind of strange, but in time it will feel natural. Good for you! Very proud of you. Pat yourself on the back!!!! I agree with the other posts, you deserve to feel proud!!!! Take care, and keep up the program.
The journey of a thousand miles, begins with one step!!!!!

John,

You had a victory. Having a victory does not mean you do not feel anxiety. You exposed yourself to something very uncomfortable. Use your tools. You did it! I recommend you go back to the store again tomorrow. Buy one item and then leave. Go again the next day and buy two items and then leave. Keep doing this until you feel comfortable going. This will happen if you repeatedly expose yourself to this. (Don't wait a week in between visits. Go everyday until you feel at ease.)

A big congratulations!!!!
