Sol,

I remember having this very question. Yes, it gets a lot easier. A lot!

Getting easy with positive thinking? Hmm It takes practice and do it over and over. Just like your learning how to riding bike for the first time. Yes you will fall few times same with your thoughts it will fall into negative but the more you keep on practice the easier it will be for you to get back to positive quickly just like riding a bike! Its hard for thoughts to stay only positive. Same with riding bike when your good on riding bike you will happen to fall once in a while. Same thing with thoughts.

Like most everyone else stated...it is hard work, especially at the beginning. However, the more you practice it, the easier it does get. I'm not saying this will happen in a week's time...probably not. But, as you go through the program it will get easier. I had an "ahha" moment with it...when I realized I was being so positive w/o realizing it...does that make sense? It was one of those "HEY...this used to make me mad or anxious...hey this is working!" The longer you work at it the more second nature it will become.

Thanks for the advice everyone, I'll get back to writing, if it's just a few lines, and I'll close the book when I'm done, just as you suggested JodyLynn, thanks. I haven't given up the fight, in beating this anxiety, I have learned to ask for help, thank all of you. Good luck on you journey as well
Rocky
