I am on Session 2 this week, started on Monday. My primary goal is to listen to the Relax CD at least once every day. So far I did except for yesterday, but I did practice the breathing in the car that day.
I have not been reading the workbook. I will go do now so I won't feel too "off".
I have been listening to the session for this week, daily.
I need to not let "depression" be the reason why I don't take the steps to fix "depression".
I want to use the "Steps to End Panic" on depression as well.
