speed up the program?
speed up the program?
I think that the majority of people with this condition are very impatient. I myself am worried that im not progressing at the pace I would like. Can you do more than one session a week?
Re: speed up the program?
Hi. I'm no expert, but that is a classic example of "anxious thinking", for lack of a better term. I've wondered the same thing.....isn't there a way to transfer this info faster????????...........I think we are weird like that by our very nature.
I would say just be patient and follow the ateps as they are presented. It is only 15 weeks total, ya know?

lol, excuse me for laughing, but i keep thinking the same way thats y laugh, but i feel like it'a good way to be impatient, not that it is good to be impatient but this one time it might just be ok to be view that way. If we are like the same way all anxious people are then we are good, we are anxious because the first week felt good and we keep hoping to get better and we just can't wait to keep getting better and better and to finally overcome this feelings of negativity that's kind of killing us, but i keep telling myself that i could enjoy this, that we could keep on enjoying kicking depression's and anxiety's asses the same way they have kicked our asses for years so just chill relax and enjoy slowly and patiently the way to beat up depression and anxiety.

I have also thought about advancing quicker than the program suggests, but I have to believe there is a reason that they want you to go through one session weekly. I listened to session 3 the other day and really didn't feel like I was ready for it. I sometimes think, "why didn't I find this years ago", but we can not always understand things unless we let them run their course. I am also excited about how much better I feel already, but I want it to stick and really learn these tools. That's how I look at it.
