Under Pressure

Post by KMMeyer » Thu Jun 02, 2011 1:41 pm

Hello, everyone! I've noticed during this past week that my anxiety is at its worst when I am at work, and I have a lot of things that I need to get done quickly. I've noticed that trying to concentrate on my breathing during that time helps a bit, but I was wondering if anyone else has similar problems, and if so, do you have any other ideas on how to calm yourself down?

Thanks and goodluck to everyone!

I get that with just the work I need to do at home. One thing is to do the breathing exercises that calms you. Slow breaths. Also, tell yourself that you are going to be okay. Be sure you eat a healthy diet, eggs and tuna fish help me a lot, due to the Omega 3's. Hope this helps. Paislee
