Just talking to myself

Post by neojibwa » Tue Apr 19, 2011 1:04 pm

Hello all, I just wanted to see if anyone else out there has conversations with theirself. I have running conversations that start randomly throughout the day. Sometimes I can shut them off, but at other times I just start rehashing old conversations with people or start a conversation over when I am done talking with someone. Especially if the conversation has triggered me in anyway. Last week I started the conversations again and they were just angry. Lots of anger and I realized this in the morning and told myself to stop, but sometimes I will go days with different conversations.
Does anyone else struggle with this? It's almost as if I think of what I want to say after the conversation is done. Just thought I would see if anyone else deals with this.

All the time... I think everybody does.
The problem is not to talk to yourself, but what you say when you talk to yourself.
Keep a positive talk, like when you are talking to a friend.
Hope
